Roswell, GA – In a tuck-in move, Link Media Outdoor purchased the outdoor advertising assets of three Out of Home companies within Link’s existing footprint. The 3 are —Rainbow Recording Studios in Omaha, NE; Katie Outdoor Advertising in Monmouth, IL and Fairfield, IA; and certain #OOH advertising assets of Knapp Outdoor Displays in Savannah, MO. These transactions complement the recent acquisitions of Waitt Outdoor in Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa, and Key Outdoor in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa. Link Media is also pleased to announce that Roger Lipes, former owner of the Katie Outdoor assets, has joined the company in Link’s Quincy, IL office.
